The world was a blur around them as their shoes pounded the sand eagerly. They were running. They were free.
Ahead of her, Riku and Sora were sprinting, each to the height of their abilities. They were so close — it was like they were one body, one heart, one soul.
She only hoped that someday she would be able to catch up.
